Materials We Convert:

Sim-U-Vel™: a flocked foam product, a simulated velvet foam, used as a covering on many foam types and grades of foam to enhance the appearance of foam.

Polyether Foams: White, charcoal, or colored urethane foam used to hold light weight items in plastic and folding or set boxes for shipping and display.

Polyester Foams: White, charcoal, or colored urethane foam used to hold somewhat heavier items in packaging. Due to the many formulations available for this foam grade, it is available in many densities for a variety of industrial applications as well as packaging.

Polyethylene Foams: a white, charcoal grey or black closed cell foam available in many densities for use in packaging your heaviest items.

Cross Linked Polyethylene Foams: these foams are of the fine, closed cell foams used in medical packaging, optical packaging, and other sensitive items.

Reticulated / Filter Foams: a very open cell urethane foam, made in either an ester or ether polyurethane foam for fairly specific applications in filtration, cosmetic, wipes and medical instruments, as well as air conditioners.

Paperboard and Paper or Corrugated: on many occasions the use of paperboard, paper or corrugated will act as a stiffener as well as a display medium in the combined use with foam for a box or tray insert.
