Design:
Along with your desires, notes and “what if” ideas, our design department will work to develop and further help make your application in foam become a reality. We have state of the art design equipment to aid in the development processes.

Prototype:
Our design staff can produce prototypes and samples in a timely manner, affording you a first hand look at how projects will appear beyond the project development stage.

Production:
We offer fast turnaround of custom items for both large and small runs in our foam factory. We offer warehousing on contract purchases for JIT (just in time) delivery.

Fabricating Processes:
Our combining (laminating) processes are done in house as we are a complete fabricator of foam inserts. Many times this requires the combination of foams to other substrates or mediums such as paper, chipboard, styrenes and plastics.
