Sim-U-Vel™ is flocked simulated velvet foam. It is a unique, distinctive velour covering that creates a great impression for your products. Sim-U-Vel™ is manufactured by American Foam Corporation to beautify, display, and showcases a diverse range of products from elegant silver crystal to sensitive electronic components.

Sim-U-Vel™ is often combined by a lamination process to other base materials, giving a velvety appearance and feel to the surface of an insert. Some of the more popular materials that we combine with Sim-U-Vel™ are:

Sim-U-Vel™ is manufactured in over twenty (20) STOCK colors, available in roll form, (standard roll sizes are, 27" width, 100 yards lengths, 3/32" thickness) able to be shipped via UPS), in sheets if desired, or die cut to size.
